James M. Bond, B.Soc. Sc, LL.B.
James M. Bond was called to the
Bar of Ontario in 1972 and practiced in Ottawa until 1975, at which time
he became a partner in the firm of O’Donnell Dulmage & Bond in Perth,
Ontario. Between 1978 and 1996, Jim practiced in partnerships with
Stephen March, Greg Anderson, and Nicola Edmundson-Mosher, then as a
sole practitioner until 2006. In January of 2006 Scott B. Hughes joined
the firm which began operating under the name of Bond & Hughes.
Mr. Bond has extensive experience in the areas of rural real estate,
corporate commercial transactions, municipal matters including Ontario
Municipal Board work, mining issues, wills and estates, mediation, and
subdivision development.
